I was a little sceptical about reflexology but a friend at work recommended it so I tried it. It is now my little luxury every 2 weeks. Lucy has the kindest gentlest nature about her and makes you feel so at ease. You can fully relax and enjoy every moment. Lucy has helped with issues with sleeping and also when I had back issues. Lucy Finnis I love you!! I have just had the best nights sleep in weeks. Lucy is an incredible reflexologist and now I am having regular sessions with her, I am really beginning to notice the benefits. I actually feel like she puts me mentally and physically back together again. As most people know I'm not the best sleeper in the world, so to wake up feeling refreshed and alive again after a GOOD nights sleep is the BEST feeling in the world.

I have only been having reflexology appointments with Lucy for a few months but I would highly recommend her! I can honestly say that conditions I had before have been hugely helped by reflexology and although they have not completely disappeared they are better than they have been in a long time (even years)! I have had physiotherapy and medication in the past for some conditions to no avail which have now been substantially improved due to reflexology! Such a relaxing professional atmosphere in Lucy's treatment room that snoring is compulsory!! Have been having treatments now for a few months and my hormonal old lady symptoms have completely eased and feel normal and not so Jekyll and Hyde.. heaven! L.B Taunton

Biased I may be, but Lucy has treated me now for 7 years (yes lucky I know!) and I suffered a terrible neck injury 25 years ago and visited a chiro at least every 3 months in acute pain. Not one visit in the last 4 years and pain free. I also developed arthritis in my thumbs with ugly lumps on them - all gone!
